The service
Tilawaty is a free app to help you read the Quran and track your reading. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Quranic text and translations
The Arabic text and translations come from recognised public sources. Despite our care, an error remains possible; please report it to us. Translations are interpretations of meaning and do not replace the Arabic text.
Recitations
Recitations are streamed from third-party services and remain the property of their authors. Their availability depends on those services and on your connection.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the app respectfully and not to attempt to misuse it, resell it or disrupt its operation.
Your data
Your data stays on your device. You are responsible for backing it up; we cannot recover lost progress.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for any damage arising from its use.
Changes
These terms may change. The current version is always posted on this page.
